Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Returns & Replacements
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at Equipus within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Once an order has been submitted, it will get processed. These steps involve picking, or the retrieval of items from where they are stored, and packing, or getting the order ready to ship. This may also include instructions on which packing materials to use — boxes, bubble mailers, poly bags, packing tape, bubble wrap, airfill, etc. — or any custom packaging and inserts to create the intended unboxing experience for the end customer. Viewing Orders
To view details of an order: Navigate to My Account > Order Status (Under Orders) Find the line with the necessary order and click on View Order. Alternatively, click on My Orders link at the end of any page, find your desired Order and click on View Order. The page with order details opens. At the top you can reorder/print order, Also you can see a heading with a label "About This Order:" where there are 3 options to navigate through 1-Order Information(default) 2-Invoices 3-Shipments.
Updating Account Information
To Update your Account nformation you will need to: Navigate to My Account > Account Settings (Under Options) The page with order details opens. Here you can Edit your Account Information. Alternatively, click on Account Settings link at the end of any page.
